I need to make some money, but it’d be nice to stay at home. I’ve heard about an ebay thing where you can make money. If anyone knows about that or anything else that makes money over the internet and can work from home, please help me. Thanks!
Which one? There are at least a dozen. The FREE tutorials provided by E-Bay are just es good as ALL of them.
Note: The ONLY way to make money on E-Bay is to SELL something. You have to have something to sell before you can earn anything.
There are a lot of different ways people make money online. Most involve either selling ebooks of some variety or creating a reasonably popular site (usually by blogging) and putting ads on the site.
A lot of the people answering this question are looking to get you to buy into some program or another, usually to their benefit. Does that mean they’re scamming you? Maybe, maybe not. There are certainly legitimate programs out there (and there are definitely scams as well).
In my experience, about half of the programs that I’ve seen people call scams aren’t, but they require real work. (Go figure, a way to make money that requires work!) People seem to think that just because a program is online, they need to be able to make millions overnight or it’s a scam. Certainly, part of this perception is because many of the programs online claim that you can make ridiculous money, ridiculously fast. Obviously that’s not true.
Any type of program that promotes itself as a *job* and charges you to get involved is a scam, hands down. A program that promotes itself as your own business and has an associated investment is not necessarily a scam. Nobody in their right mind would think they could open a restaurant with no investment so why is any business that requires an investment online assumed to be a scam?
Just like anything else, go in with your eyes open. Do your research…
Hi,
Depends on what you plan to sell, but you can make money on ebay but i wouldn’t go as far as saying that you’ll make a living off of ebay. That would entail a lot of time,money and long hours. I sell occasionally now but was doing a lot a few years ago & it gets crazy when a lot of items are posted. Due to their changes that favor the buyer i have reduced my selling. The sellers make all the $$ for ebay but the buyers have all the rights these days.
I have actually found a site that provides comprehensive and honest information on all kinds of internet income source and free stuff. On this site there are plenty of opportunities to make a little extra money easily. Everyone can take advantage of this. You owe it to yourself to check it out: http://www.theinternetpotential.com/

Hello Kaitlin, Again lots or great answers here. Ebay is truly geared to sell your “goods” and or “products” Making money there is quite possible yet as others have eluded to they are really geared up to help the buyer. Some people complain about this but when the “Buyer” has the upper hand the “Seller” must have their act together. At any rate there are many ebay programs out there some good some terrible. Find your niche and build a solid business from there you’ll be surprised how well things can turn out. Check out the links below, do some day dreaming and imagine where you can be with the right help.
Good luck,
Rusty=)
Well, I have some buddies that buy stuff from craigslist or ebay and then turn around and sell it for more money. Just make sure you are getting solid deals on stuff. For instance if it is spring and you come across hunting stuff or fishing stuff, buy it cheap when nobody is looking for it, then sell it come fall when everyone is looking for the stuff.
Also here is a great site my wife and I use for making money online. It’s called swagbucks. Here is the link. http://swagbucks.com/refer/Whitelord19
